Why Foundation Outreach International? We feel there is still a crying need to assist the less privileged of our world by financing help in the form of aid and assistance that focuses on education—not just another handout. Answer: Yes. Foundation Outreach International is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a tax-exempt, 501(c)(3) organization. Contributions are deductible in the United States under IRC section 170. Contributions will be gratefully acknowledged by an annual receipt.
Answer: Yes. You may donate to our general fund and your donation will go to the project with the greatest need. Or you may donate to a specific project. Click on Our Projects to view.
Answer: We have very limited administrative costs. Over 90 cents of each dollar donated goes directly to our projects. All of our Board members and project volunteers are unpaid volunteers. Our financial statements will be transparent and are required to be public by law.
Answer: All recommended projects will be considered by the Board. At least one Board member must recommend a project by sponsoring that project to the Board for their consideration. If you would like to recommend a project, Contact Us or contact a Board member directly.
